Before You Book

Studio Policies

The Essentials

  • All appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit (Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay).
  • I am home-based — kindly come solo, no extra guests.
  • There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment is automatically cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.

Reschedule & Fills

  • Need to cancel or reschedule? Let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit can be applied to the new date.
  • No foreign fills. If you have lashes from another technician, please let me know in advance so I can schedule a removal.
  • The day of: no eye makeup, comfortable clothes, and skip the caffeine if you can.
